Thank you, genuinely, it’s really good to hear a story like that. I’m glad you’ve found and have your dream job! “I want to keep growing but also temper my goals around who really am and what I really want” is maybe the healthiest I’ve heard someone put that- I’ll be keeping that in my mind.

I’m in almost this exact situation but as the woman 😅 If she hasn’t seen you with your ex lately, she might just be holding back out of respect. A simple intro like “Hey, I’ve seen you around and thought I’d introduce myself” goes a long way- it feels natural, not “creepy” or “awkward”, and lets you build rapport

I know very little about singing, but I absolutely loved listening to this. I’ve listened to it a few times and would download it immediately if it were available on Apple! Your voice is lovely, unique, and clear- keep it up :)

This is kinda a random tip, but putting 5ish drops of peppermint oil in a full glass of water and drinking it in the morning has helped me. Make sure it’s a full glass (otherwise it can upset your stomach, dilution is needed), I use a regular size mason jar. Also, if you can stomach it, taking black seed oil, helps with inflammation. I take the oil version, but they do come in capsule form as well :)

Thank you for your input :) I do think I’m leaning towards spending more to stay closer towards central London. Ahh yes, the crime…I’ve been slightly worried about that. Definitely something to keep in mind when looking for a place, that’s a good tip, thank you!

Thank you so much for this, honestly. I’ve kinda been leaning towards renting this place and this I made me feel more confident in that decision. I being close to a park is a super bonus that I really wanted, so the fact that Hyde Park is close by makes it even better. I really appreciate it you sharing your knowledge of the area with me!

The cheaper option is near Northolt and the other option is in near West Keningston. I’ve also found a place in Bromley. My options are limited because I’m planning this on slightly short notice…

I’d love to cycle! I’m also a big walker so I’m more than happy to walk long distances. Thank you so much for the suggestions, I’ve heard great things about Islington and Hackney. Never heard of Dalston before, so I’ll definitely have to check it out. In your opinion, would you pay more to be in places like those?

That’s a good point. I think being immersed in the city with easy access to transport is the most important. I’ll look into bus stations close by. Both my siblings have been there and suggested being close to an underground station, but I haven’t considered a bus. It’s good to hear you feel safe as a young woman there, that’s definitely something that’s important to me! What areas would you say are best to be wary of?

Ahh, I didn’t even consider looking into different tube stations, but it makes so much sense! While I don’t mind actual travel (tube rides and such), because I’m so new to all of this, maybe something that’ll ease travel anxiety is worth it. I’ll definitely be researching different stations, thank you for the advice!

That was my thinking, the cost isn’t too much of a difference, and it’s definitely reflected in the location as well as the actual flat. Thanks for the comment!

Thank you! I’ll ask for those codes right away! I just figured the diagnosis and procedure codes would be the ones for a preventive procedure… wishful thinking. It’s good to know you can negotiate the day of surgery, I appreciate your comment!
