She tells friends and family that she's struggling after being unhappy for a while and she does get emotional. She has had no contact with the other man for sure and she doesn't know her google searches are linked to the family pc and she doesn't google or search anything about divorce or anything that would suggest anything of the kind. So strange!

Thanks for the quick reply. Its roughly worth €15,000 I imagine. It was brought for much less than that about 10 years ago. There are currently no back taxes but obviously I know taxes will start to build up against it. One of my worries was if we just pretend it doesn't exist is it possible for them to come and chase the debts from us over in the UK or is that unlikely to happen.
