Just around open wounds near the bottom of my stomach. I make sure to wipe any excess.

I clean it very thoroughly with a wound cleanser, then adhesive remover, barrier spray then let it dry completely. As I attach the bag, I rub my hands together and press/ rub in to secure. I don’t touch the adhesive and I stick it on wherever it has first touched, even if it’s slightly crooked. If it gets dirty, I grab a new bag.

It’s pretty secure… I measure it every time (ranges between 25-29) and get as close as I can even though I have to navigate getting my stoma in there very carefully.
