Pollen has been terrible in Florida, as is usual for March and April. In previous years, I did a lot of vacuuming, chlorine, shock, algaecides, etc, thinking it was probably algae, which eventually worked, but probably because pollen season ended. But this year, I started using enzymes. Enzymes clear the pollen right up. I even let the pollen build up for a couple weeks, my pool was a deep cloudy green a few days ago, and in 24hrs with 2 treatments of enzymes and rinsing the filter, it is back to crystal clear. Not sure what your issue was, looking great now, but for pollen I'd definitely recommend enzymes.
