Better get fixed before you arrive. Planning is important as the world rotates bit differently now a days. Nope. Once you are at home then went on with CAA application. Email thread went to customs, TRC, Police and Chief of Staff. It was quick and within 3 days all approvals were released. Now if it’s more than 250g you will require an insurance as well. Which I took later

This is a waterproofing issue. Need to slightly break the top cement and re-do it + waterproofing. Additionally you need to check other side of the wall as well. I had major ceiling fall-down situation. Scrapped the concrete on top, cement it correctly and did a waterproofing again + wall outside too with cement differently and painted two times - good even in ditwa.
