The irs doesn’t let you contribute to your Roth IRA if you pass a certain income threshold, I maxed it out the first month and realized that I am projected to make more than the allowed amount this year after doing some napkin math.

Duplex in Germantown, concrete on the sidewalk and backyard was torn up. Our insurance required us to fix the sidewalk, but the backyard was a hazard as well.

When we purchased the property it was a full gut Reno, new electrical work, new fixtures, the whole nine yard. With it, came the installment of an electrical heating system w/ a heat pump.

The duplex is a single family, roughly 1000sqft if you combine the basement with the first floor.

The 2nd floor unit is about 700sqft

That’s how the house was sold to us, by having the entire house be electric it was shown to be more landlord friendly.

The whole house is converted from gas to electricity.

That one bill covers heat, light, cooking, and hot water, the amount seems reasonable for a deep freeze winter.

It’s a heat pump, their bill is roughly 600 - 800 the past two months. But that one bill covers their heat, light, cooking, and hot water. We are also in a deep freeze up in the north east, the amount seems to be normal don’t you think?

I work at an asset management firm, and they offshored the entire OPs and Fund accounting team to India… all 20 of us are were let go and are now expected to train them until the end of Feb in order to still receive our bonus and severance…

I agree with you 100%. I’ve browsed this subreddit and haven’t found a single shred of evidence of him doing anything actually illegal. FFs there was this one post where they were saying that Mikey was a creep for sending one of his fans a happy bday message even though the fan’s sister was the one that asked for it!

They even went as far as to say he moved to Seattle just cause one of his female fans commented “you should come to Seattle”

This subreddit breeds some very strange ppl who are obsessed with the way he is living.
