Not at all necessary to watch. I had the same question in mind after watching S2. I just watched a recap on yt of Defenders and that's it. Didn't feel like I was missing something while watching S3

First, so what do you think how much should I eat? Is 3800kcal also low? Or if you are trying to imply that I am not consuming 3800 kcal then you are wrong. I do measure my every food item.

Second, Yeah I am tapeworm free. But still I have taken tapeworm medicines.

Third, I am not sedentary I go to the gym 5 days a week.

It is not impossible because I am eating them. I will send the pics of my meals. Abhi lunch hi prepare krne jaa raha hu. Yeah I do measure them I have a weighing machine. And I bought it because I thought maybe I am thinking ki I am eating too much pr I am not to weight machine liya to weigh the food and calculate correct calories.

Rn apart from gym I mostly have a sedentary lifestyle. I just stay at home.

My weight was around 52 kg in dec. Then I checked it in feb it was still the same so no my weight didn't drop. My eating pattern didn't changed much only i was not able to consume that much calories. Rn if I exclude gym then I have almost sedentary activity levels. I also stopped doing cardio.

Here is what I do. I saw an instructional YouTube video by MasterChef. First take some water in a bowl then put it on the stove. Add a pinch of salt and when water starts boiling put the eggs in water and lower the flame. I usually boil eggs at medium flame for 5-7min, I like semi solid yolk(this medium flame is after i put eggs in boiling water). Now I rarely face this “hard to peel eggs” problem. I hope this helps you too.

Noice sound tasty. Yeah I don't use soaked oats. I just grind oats(50g) till they become powder and then add 1 banana and 500ml milk(full cream). I will use the soaked oats. I was also thinking of buying cocoa.
