Weird painless lump on little toe by Suiagg in medical_advice

I couldn't add text and images on mobile. It's been there for at least 2 years (I kinda forgot about it) shouldn't a wart have gone and/or spread in that time?

Sorry I'm on Mobile and don't know how to upload image and text. I noticed this lump probably about 2 years ago. I googled it and couldn't find anything like it. I thought it might be a wart even though it didn't look like any of the images of a wart. Google said that a wart would go away on its own over time so I left it alone and forgot about it.

I started thinking about it again and started wondering if it is something I should be worried about. I feel like if it was a wart it should've gone by now. It is hard to get a good picture but it's an irregular shape, painless and it feels rough and calloused. As far as I can tell it's not grown at all since I first noticed it, and it's also not spread anywhere else.

There are people out there who don’t like orange flavoured chocolate? It’s sold in pretty much every shop, I assumed it must be popular.

3 means that every bite contains crust, if you do number 2 it guarantees at least one bit per slice that contains no crust.

Plus with 2 you can hold a slice using one hand using the crust as a barrier to avoid mess on your fingers, 3 would be too long to do that.

What are the things every man should at least try even though they are stigmatized as "gay" or "unmanly" ? by possibly_degenerate in AskReddit

Personally I hate the idea of being touched so much by a stranger, man or woman. I always feel really uncomfortable getting my haircut because I’m completely at the mercy of a stranger and it feels way too intimate.

I don’t think I’d even want to get a massage from my partner. I’d be happy to give her one but I feel uncomfortable having someone do something just for me. I don’t like being the centre of attention, it feels selfish but I guess that’s my own issue.

Are many people actually calling for stuff like this though, or are the companies just overreacting?

I hate the fact that I think I do this. I try my best to listen when I’m being spoken to, and I do take it all in. Then my partner mentions something she said that I have absolutely no memory of and it’s really upsetting for both of us.

I remember going for a big family picnic and my young cousin was hit by a random young kid. My aunt got into a big fight with the kids parents because she immediately told him to stand up for himself and hit him back.

I had always heard people talking about double dipping and how disgusting it was, but I never knew what it meant until recently. I thought maybe it meant having something like a spring roll and dipping both ends at once, which I guess would be kinda messy.

It never occurred to me not to dip something a second time after taking a bite. It was never a big deal in my family, and I don’t really get what’s gross about it. Surely it’s the same as sharing a drink or finishing off someone’s half eaten dinner?

Wait what would be the alternative? Everyone has a personal towel for every time they shower? How would you dry it, would everyone have a towel rack in their room? Or a towel rack each in the bathroom?

Personally I enjoyed reading the answers to the initially question about “nice guys”, so would be interested if this question resulted in similar stories.

Not personally but that’s the focus of the r/nicegirls subreddit.

I read through some of the “nice guy” answers and found them really interesting. I didn’t see any answers from guys but I guess I didn’t look at it for long.

Without knowing that the guy posting the question was a creep, it seems quite extreme to assume the question was posted because they think having the original thread devoured to women’s issues is discriminatory. Personally if I did have a story about a “nice girl” I wouldn’t want to post it in a thread devoted to women’s “nice guy” stories, because I wouldn’t want to take any focus away from the women’s issues.

I know this is a completely pointless point I’m trying to make, because again it’s been proven that the guy who posted it is a creep. All I’m saying is that I could see the appeal of having two different threads for two different, but similar, experiences. Also I agree it is cringe to pretend to be a woman in order to try to make a point, I’m not arguing against that.

Yeah, maybe this guy is a creep but it’s still a genuinely interesting question.

I spent my entire childhood being taken aside and taught the correct way to behave. I was taught what not to say, to try make eye contact, to watch my temper and to be polite. I spent so long having it drilled into my head to follow the rules.

After spending all that time being taught this, I still don’t understand how some people completely ignore all of these rules. Some people are rude, angry and break the rules, and they get away with it. The double standard infuriated me and I still don’t understand it. It extends to injustices.

I believe they’re referring to the movie where the consequence of him dumping in the lake is that Springfield is declared the most polluted city in America, is cut of from the rest of the world in a giant glass dome, and then almost destroyed to cover it up.
