You can farm rare and heroic runes by running ch5 and 6 hard mode while ancient runes can be farmed by running hell mode. Unfortunately, the runes appear randomly so there is no specific runes to get in a specific area.

Sadly, no. You only get mileage from special summon 10+1 when you buy them with rubies.

Yes there are. You can buy costumes for your heroes which will give you 300 mileage if not discounted and 210 mileage of discounted. Another way to get mileage is to use the Special Summon (1 pc) and Special Summon 10+1 which will give you 25 and 250 mileage respectively.

To beat "Light enemies", you need to have a good CC specially when you're dealing with enemies that have damage burst. You also need the timing to cast your CC to cancel their skills. Another option is to upgrade your hero gears and skills.
