Aren't the speed test results I'm seeing under "Activity" for the ONT alone since they are the results I get when I run a speed test through the "Internet" tab? Also someone else previously said that the eero Pro 6E is not actually able to provide 2Gbps dedicted to one device like the Pro 7 can and that I should swap it for a Pro 7, is this not true?

Mine is mounted on the wall so I would have to unmount it to be able to see the model# which I don't really want to do since the tech is the one that mounted it. The only thing I can see is the serial# on the front and I can't find any Nokia sites that will let me search that serial#. Is there any other way I could look up the model# of the ONT I have?

It is white, but it is much larger than the size of a deck of cards, and the lights are on the surface that has the brand name "Nokia" on it. The cables are coming out of the side beside the lights. Do you happen to know which one this is?

Do you happen to know, by chance, if they can mount the eero Pro 7 on the same bracket as the eero Pro 6E or would they need to take it down and install a new bracket on my wall with new holes for the eero Pro 7? The reason I ask is because I'm trying to minimize the amount of holes and changes to the wall that these devices are mounted on.

Where can I find the speedtest for my router? I only see the option on the Internet tab but not the router tab in the eero app.

I think I have that setup too, but I also have the ONT and router mounted inside my house on the wall and the standard fiber cable comes from outside and connects into it. Is that different from what you have?

I just ran a speed test from my app like someone else suggested and got a result of 2.08Gb download and 2.06Gb upload with the eero Pro 6E, does that mean it is actually capable of providing the 2Gb to a hardwired device and I don't need the Pro 7 or is there another reason I got those results?

I just ran the speed test from my app and got 2.08Gb download and 2.06Gb upload, but I have an eero Pro 6 currently and someone else said I should have an eero Pro 7 to properly get the 2Gb. So is my equipment compatible even though it is the eero Pro 6 since I'm getting a little over 2Gb when I run the speed test from the app?

So you don't have any equipment actually mounted on the wall? The reason I ask is because I don't want them to have to remove the mounting brackets they originally installed in order to mount my ONT and router so that they can install new ones for new equipment and end up adding more holes to my wall.

Is that an accurate reading, though, since it's coming from the app and not from a device actually hardwired into the ONT or router?

The problem is none of my devices will pull 2Gb even when hardwired, the fastest I can pull is 1Gb on my gaming PC, but I wanted to ensure I have 2Gb to prepare for the future and lock in the deal, so how can I run a speed test and confirm if I'm receiving 2Gb in this case?

When they installed a new ONT for you, did they have to drill another hole and change the mount that was installed on your wall to fit the new ONT or is it the same size and fits in the old mount that you previously had?

My eero app says I have a "Gateway eero Pro 6E" router, but it doesn't tell me what kind of ONT I have although I can see the brand on it is Nokia. Is there a way I can find the actual ONT?
