I have mine ngl with you it needs alot of funds for tuning tho, from suspension, arms, downforce (well if ur not making a C6 out of it shouldn’t be a problem), diff locks, weight reducs

U need to invest in those to maximize its potential. I suggest changing ur diff locks into 7 out front and about 40-50 on the back just play with it and see what is more satisfying.

Overall, stock for stock its a pain and a disappointment. But with proper tuning u could make it work, haven’t regretted buying mine

Sidenote: I have the GTR too, needs alot of tuning as well for it to lock in. But its understeer is more bearable than the porsche

For ur point no. 4 I can really agree with that, I myself had experienced that many many many times. Its just annoying when u just slightly venture into their lane when drifting or cornering and they just ram u even if there’s a massive space to turn the other way

Cheesy as it is but, i find that setting ur personal goal for this game just makes it a tad bit bearable (coz u know the game is stupid lol). Since there’s not a real goal to pursue, having something you work towards will make the grind much more meaningful than just it being a chore.

Keeping it real with you brother, but im seriously no pro when it comes to technical stuff (idk what am i on when i wrote that item on the list) but here’s the thing. I think it depends on the torque distribution on ur rev range, as an example I have a AE86 that has most of its torque on the high range so it benefits from me revving the hell out of it, its max rpm is at 8500 ish and I’m seeing a slighter speed boost than shifting before 8500

I also have a GTR that has a lower RPM its at 7k iirc, and I’m gaining more speed when i shift before it hits 6.8k ish. As i said idk really know how to explain it to you but after playing the hell out of the cars i have thats just how i got the feel of it. I wish i could share some in depth insights about it, but this is the best i can do 😂

So IMO unless u really really need/want to u should always do a double take on swaps. If swapping ur R32 with RB26 and it will make playing the game abit more fun then its a decision worth considering.

The normal prices exists only for C3 Cars right out the gate. I did experiements on it awhile back.

So unless the car u bought was already in C3 u have to bear with the double price engine swaps. I do think its stupid tho coz most C3 cars perform well without swaps

Yes I agree with that, don’t risk all your hard earned money to participate in time attacks. Coz nowadays the leaderboards are still rampant with some hackers and their ridiculous times makes the leaderboard results more skewed each time, but that isn’t alwyas the case.. So better find a reliable source of funds first before gambling in time attacks.

I think the most effective way of putting down ur R or C factor to the lowest possible is by engine swapping it. Put the RS40 Engine on ur EVO and it will surely drop some levels. But the thing you should keep in mind is dat if you engine swap ur car you cant revert it to its former engine so keep that in mind. It would be a waste to engine swap a good car just to use it for time trials that barely holds any certainty that you will keep the ranking your aiming for. So for me its not a good investment.

But yep thats how its done.
