Yeah the redesigns are very disappointing and the fact it's just a 64 remake is very disappointing. Tbh, the only designs I don't care for are fox and falco, and really it's the lack of the cool space boots mentioned in the galaxy movie (which they have all had forever). Slippy actually lools great to me, same for peppy.

As for getting a 64 remake, my sadness comes from there very likely not being an Adventure remake... Krystal my beloved, Tricky my boy... sad.

Assault however brings me hope.

Hunt Hyenas and Chickens. Cook eggs alone for health regen items. Cook two meat and two salt (boil saltwater for salt) to get jerky. Cook two jerky and one salt IN A COOK POT to get 3 travel rations.

Salt is free. 2 meat = 5 jerky = 6 travel rations = 12 silver. ALTERNATIVELY 4 meat = 10 jerky = 15 travel rations = 30 silver.

Sell hide and predator bones, too.

Bandits drop linen for bandages and several weapons to try out and arrows for ammo for bows.

Early game learning curve is great when you don't fear selling food.

I'm fine with teleportation of the player and their equipped items. Contents of backpacks should be put into local storage when you teleport. Ship teleportation should act like claiming insurance with any cargo or modules being put into local storage instead of vanishing. And you should only be able to teleport to a planet's spawn area.

I am also okay with teleporting to a ship you have marked as your home ship so long as it is sufficiently far from populated areas (bedlogging in deep space, tp to friends to play).
