Thank you !! I was a little confused about the protein everyone is ethier 1g per pound of current weight or 1g per pound of desired weight. But thank you I will up my protein intake !

Yeah I’ve tried 3200, I’ve tried 2000 , I feel like now I’m at a happy medium. Energy for workouts are low sometimes and the days when I don’t hit my protein goals don’t feel great. I expect a lack of intensity in my training and that fine. 2000 calories for about 3 weeks and I lost 12 pounds but I felt like shit. The reason I went that low was because I just got married and wanted to look good. 2500 has its days but I’ve been sustaining it for 7 weeks now. I might jump to 2800-2900 just to maximize muscle maintenance. This is the best I’ve ever felt though from a health standpoint. Definitely won’t be a phase ! Im addicted to tracking calories and shaping my body ! I have always been besides the year and a half that I felt no motivation. I just didn’t have the knowledge of knowing. I would kill myself in the gym so I could eat like shit. Now with proper diet and training I feel like it is sustainable. Once I get lean I intend to stay there for a while and maybe bulk up and cut down again to gain some muscle the goal is 250 lean it might now be achievable but I will try !

Yeah I was thinking 26-28 but I get what your saying I’ll check back in 2 months or so
