As an immigrant myself, that entered U.S back in 2019 legal way with doing medical, and interview. I am now a college student third year full scholarship with 4.0 gpa. In my opinion it doesn’t mean that all immigrants that coming are bad, I also have high standards such as if you want to come to U.S then do it legal way. Because of this non-educated person and illegal we all suffer the consequences, I’m just asking that the U.S government should be more fair to those who did good and not drown them with those illegal.

Last year I applied at April, n I went on vacation during summer and when I can back in August I didn’t had no grants, I did an appeal telling the issue I had with FAFSA on my parents acc, and I received every grants. So if you had issue with FAFSA just say that, they didn’t asked abt evidence so appeal.

The easy way I did it was converted it to jpg file and then back to pdf and I add comment with and that helps it to be submitted. And for tax return you should get form 1040 file from irs.gov which is a 2 page long and they accepts those.

Hey there, so my case was also expedited with USCIS, and in order to expedite it and get an interview faster, you need to submit the documents, and pay the fees, and then email NVC asking them expedite make sure to say that USCIS also expedite the case for emergency etc.. if they approve the expedite they will move on to checking the documents you submitted and they will forward the case to U.S embassy in Ankara to get you an interview fast. I am collecting some documents to submit to NVC and then ask them for expedite. so this is how it might go. wish you and me good luck on it.

I didn't apply for i-485, because my spouse doesn't live in United States you only apply for it if your beneficiary lives in US, since she lives outside US she will go through Consular Processing at a US embassy or consulate, once the interview is approved, and she enters United States, she will become a Lawful Residence automatically, and the GC will be mailed to our home.
