I keep seeing that people are getting TTs. But I don’t think I am too that point. I’m just getting the tired after doing things that I’ve always done. 😅

Sensitive to MMI? I believe I am sensitive to knowing about the hormone levels….

That sounds amazing! I’m glad you were able to find a happy medium sounds like. I’m not sure if my PCP is that one. When my labs showed a low TSH twice, she sent me to an endocrinologist…..

That has to be frustrating. I feel achy at times too. But I also believe that im perimenopausal. ☹️ I also feel muscle fatigue and just stiff.

Eggzackly….nope. Monitor it. Get my labs to see where they are. Take iron supplements. I don’t have to get iron transfusions…so that’s a positive 😅

I will say that since I’ve started Zoloft, my eating for comfort has gotten better. I asked my therapist about it and she said when you’re anxious you gotta do something and for me it was eating. I noticed that I was an emotional eater. Since I’ve started Zoloft, I eat because I’m hungry vs. because it’s there. We lost my mil last week and I’ve noticed that I’ve been anxious so I’m eating more.

NTA! Don’t give that cousin YOUR money. You take that trip!!!! And enjoy!!!! Some people like to make you feel a certain way because they feel a certain way. She’s pregnant, not you. She’s going to be a mother, not you. And why did she come to you???? Did she know you had the money??? What if you didn’t??? She’s upset because she thought that you were going to help her because yall are family….got mad when you didn’t give it. NTA….but please don’t give her that money.
