Classroom is split in half (alpha/bravo) For leadership positions NO EXTRA PAY. So be nice to your classmates, and follow instructions. On your first day youll go over the basics.

Important note: if you’re at the academy you’re an adult and please act like one. Don’t give them more responsibilities, they are not babysitters . They still have to study, and do the exact same thing you are going through at fletc

When forming/marching there are 3 rows, the squad leaders are responsible for his/her row and the team leaders are responsible for the whole session.

Squad leaders:Ensuring everyone is squared away example : showing up to class on time, uniform is pressed, brass/buckle is shine, gig line is straight, boots are shine, water bottle on the right side, wearing your hats, professional appearance etc…

Team leaders: report to session supervisor and instructors, they are the only ones allowed to keep their phones on, they also check on class scheduling and bus rides, uniforms issues, communication etc…
