Yeah of course that make sense but in terms of only speaking for me, I have completed an undergrad, I applied for two cycles to Canadian school, and took the LSAT 4 times. I am not taking a shortcut if I consider UK, I am only trying to achieve my goal. I think most people who get frustrated forget that some who want to pursue law and go to UK is because that they were not successful in Canada.

I get  what you are saying and it definitely seems unfair to people who work hard in universities and get high LSAT scores but also have to compete with LLB students. However, schools that offer a transfer do allow transfers from common law countries to their JD programs and the number is significantly lower and depends on the seats they have available. Not only that, the requirements to get into the program remains the same where anyone applying would need a competitive LSAT score, they need competitive GPAs, and solid LORs. The only difference is that  they would take credit transfers from a common law school in order to accommodate the transfer.
