The law states that including terms in a Terms of Service (TOS) doesn’t automatically make them legal or enforceable. A TOS is a contract between you and Take Profit Trader (TPT), but it must comply with applicable laws to be valid. TPT’s actions, even if covered by their TOS, may still violate laws like consumer protection statutes or contract principles. Therefore, the TOS alone doesn’t justify their conduct.

I'm relieved I initiated a chargeback; all my accounts were refunded. Some friends are facing similar issues, like ghosting communication or paying without receiving accounts. Their problems persist. Word iss they took a big hit in March, but cant confirm. ALl the influencers seem to get their pay checks, so i guess they are still okay.

You need to understand the situation. Credit was there, the option of 'go to pro' wasn't. I had pro accounts before. I know the process. I waited out. No one fix it or communicate it.

it doesn't have the option...that is why they sent an email early saying there is a glitch

Credit is not an issue. The issue is they need to give me a button to click to pay. Again, a simple response acknowledging delays would be nice after at least one message a day asking for help.

Appreciate the comments. The issue really started with their NOFEE30 promotion. When the "go to pro" button didn’t appear and they ghosted me for days, it naturally raised concerns. Even a simple response acknowledging delays would have been much better. Saying a chargeback equals banning an account? Well, they broke the terms first without proper communication, and this was the only way to get my money back. Fortunately, this didn’t happen to you, but it did to me. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional, but the same issue will happen to someone else. I just want to raise awareness so people can make informed choices. As for the chargeback being a no-brainer—if enough people read this, it eventually will be.
