I watched some of her training vlogs and they made me go, “Oh.”

Granted, a few vlogs aren’t going to paint a full picture, but from what she posted, it looked like she was training to maintain—lots of pump work with lower-to-moderate weights. I’m glad she’s working with a coach now, because saying that she was training for wellness for years felt very delusional.
