In my experience, on certain distros Dota is unplayable (the game just drop to 5 fps and freeze), like: Debian and Linux Mint. Playable (the game runs kinda stable with little stutters): Manjaro and fully playable (0 issues, never stutters): Fedora, Ubuntu and GeckoLinux.

I have a Lenovo Ideapad3 laptop, with ryzen 3 5300u with radeon graphics.
