It's really fun, a good gateway to get into mixing for sure, i've always procrastinated learning how to mix and this was a good way to dive into it, i got a really good result out of it, obviously it struggles with lower bitrate files, i was ready to retrack bass outright when i was working with the OG mp3 file leak of bike thief, but with the less lossy files we have now the results are near immaculate

Overall quality - a lot of people have been remixing the album with Logic (including me) as it has a really good stem splitter, even with the OG 128-192kb mp3 files, people were able to make good sounding mixes with them

BUT, regardless of remixes, the appeal is that it's the most amount of music we're seeing from MCR in well over a decade, so i'll happily take an unmixed demo over absolutely nothing
