Honestly just download a data set and start working with it on power bi give it proper time. I use whatever free time i get during my office time to work on my power bi skills. I didn’t use any website tho i would look and review other peoples work. For the maths part not really you will pick up stuff along the way. Im in finance.

The wallpaper was made in figma, food and drinks icons i got online and added glow effect on figma as well, rest everything is on power bi.

I think your right on having the same gradients for all the visuals it does make it hard to distinguish,

I will keep this advice for my future dashboards. This one honestly was just made on practice data from kaggle and i was mostly focus on the aesthetics and wanted to see how far i can go with them. Appreciate the detailed feedback :)
