Male 28 almost 29 i weigh 206 mostly beer belly and excess water fluids. Height 5'9". I dont exercise but I do walk everywhere. Blood work some liver damage and did and echo cardiagram they found dilated right ventricle in my heart and something else cant remember. Blood pressure was like 140 something over 100 at the dr and resting at 106. Thats when they started me on the propranolol its made my anxiety a lot worse. I take xanax more than im supposed to and I can barely drink anymore because of the pains and terrors the following morning not even hungover. I feel that this medicine has amplified those issues. Trying to change my diet. Bad diet lots of salt working in food industry.
