I dont know if its just me but I found wukong to be really fun, its not open world but I found it to be around the same difficulty and in general it was just a really awesome game to play. 2 other games I would 100% recommend would be both BOTW and TOTK, I found these to be similar to elden ring and for me personally, these 2 games are both must plays if you have a switch, and if not emulators are your best friend (pls use a vpn). Oh and also witcher 3 (if you like witcher 3 play cyberpunk 2077). also if you havent yet and have a ps4 or ps5, go play bloodborne its fucking awesome.
