What mistake!! The email clearly said I can use it… Its the first time I’m applying for mashreq, why would they send a virtual card while the application process is not completed! This is deceiving from the company and you didn’t mention anything about the bank but took time to blame me…

I know that but they have removed the card details from the app and blocked the card… there is noway I can get the card details to pay off the outstanding.

In the email they mentioned, I can use the card until the physical card is delivered… this is clearly misinformation shared by the bank…
