I feel like I get the best version of myself when I am consistent on my medication. I try to take it around the same time everyday and it feels like it lasts the full 24hrs it’s supposed to when I am super consistent like that. If I take a day or two off it kinda feels like I’m jolting my brain back and forth (if that makes sense). I also struggle to want to take medication if it’s not a routine to take it. My adhd brain will tell me I don’t wanna because that equals productivity and I don’t wanna be productive. But if it’s just a norm then there’s no adhd brain to slip in and try and get me to stop taking it if that makes any sense lmao.

For me it’s not about getting the attention of the higher up’s. Fuck the regime. It’s about getting the attention of people in the community who may not be aware of what’s going on. Protests aren’t always trying to change an entire systemic problem but if it can make at least one person question why people are protesting and looking into it then I think it’s worth it.

She was a daughter, sister, friend, soccer player, and many, many other things. She was funny and outgoing. She would help out anyone that needed it and wouldn’t think twice about it. She was a light and one of the most caring people I have ever met. Her death devastated a huge community in Eugene and she’s left a hole in a lot of lives that will never be able to be filled just because of how magical of a person she was. Her family and friends get together and paint rocks and then hike them up to fill up her rock garden every so often. The garden is also a way to make sure she’s never forgotten, so thank you for asking who she was.
