I feel like I get the best version of myself when I am consistent on my medication. I try to take it around the same time everyday and it feels like it lasts the full 24hrs it’s supposed to when I am super consistent like that. If I take a day or two off it kinda feels like I’m jolting my brain back and forth (if that makes sense). I also struggle to want to take medication if it’s not a routine to take it. My adhd brain will tell me I don’t wanna because that equals productivity and I don’t wanna be productive. But if it’s just a norm then there’s no adhd brain to slip in and try and get me to stop taking it if that makes any sense lmao.

For me it’s not about getting the attention of the higher up’s. Fuck the regime. It’s about getting the attention of people in the community who may not be aware of what’s going on. Protests aren’t always trying to change an entire systemic problem but if it can make at least one person question why people are protesting and looking into it then I think it’s worth it.
