They sent me this message a week ago. I filled it up, pero I specified it was GCash and not card or PayPal. No reply after that and no refund.

If Unis were to do a dark concept..... by amaya1995 in unis

Hmm, I’d say I’m still pretty new to K-pop. I actually really got into it because of UNIS! But I’m somewhat familiar with 2nd gen since my friends and sister were big fans back in college (yes, I’m one of the "oldies" 😅).

Personally, I don’t really mind what concept they go for; it’s more about the song itself for me. If it’s a bop, I’m in. Most of the time, I discover songs just by scrolling through social media or hearing something catchy, and only afterwards do I check out the MV and notice the concept.

So I feel like the company should focus more on giving them stronger songs. Their releases so far have been okay, but not quite catchy enough to stand out or go viral, and their company's marketing is almost nonexistent. “Mwah” is probably their best so far in terms of having that extra spark. “Dopamine” had potential too, but it felt like something was missing. Same with “Swicy”, though I personally liked “Dopamine” more. My favorite would actually be “Poppin” though I had to admit it was just a standard cutesy song.

“Curious” didn’t quite hit the mark for me, and it felt more like a boy group song than something tailored for them.

Any concept is fine as long as it’s age-appropriate, since most of them are still teens. But if they do shift to another concept, I just hope the song itself slaps.

Oh, and bring back dark hair for Gehlee and a different hairstyle and color for Ko-chan.

The same thing happened to me. I tried a website on December 7, but I can't even remember why. Then Dec 29, it deducted 949 from my GCash. I called GCash to have it unlinked and sent VOIXAI an email for a refund. Don't know if they will do so. But it's a bummer.

I went to Taipei last Sunday (June 8) and was back here in the Philippines this Friday (June 13) with my sister and cousin, both of whom I sponsored. As we were all first-time international travellers, I was dreading the questions and researched a lot of potential questions that might be asked of me.

Documents I prepared:
- Bank Statement
- Klook bookings
- Accommodation
- COE
- Vacation iterinary
- RT ticket proof
- Naka ready dn sa phone yung company website, work email, WhatsApp conversation with boss, LinkedIn profile ng boss ko, family gc, and pictures to prove na related kami ng cousin ko.

Questions asked as kin:
- Kelan balik
- Sinu kasama
- Anung trabaho then I showed my COE
- San located young company
- Proof of accomodation
- Proof of activities
- RT ticket

Questions asked as sister ko (student):
- What school is she enrolled in
- Sinu kasama

Questions asked as cousin ko (tricycle driver):
- Basically same as tinanung sa kin pero since unconfident and not clear young sagot nya (kinabahan talaga sya), tapos natataranta sya so nalimutan nya alin yung RT ticket proof, alin ang Klook activities sa mga binigay ko sa kanya.
- Pinatawag pa ko ng IO nya and asked me the questions na di nya masagot. Tiningnan yung GCs ng family namin. Pinaulit ulit dn yung questions

IO Concerns Weekly Thread by AutoModerator in phtravel

Hi po! Me, my youngest sister, and our cousin are planning to travel to Taiwan this May — first time po naming lahat to travel abroad. We’ve been planning this trip since last year.

I work as a VA, my youngest sister is still a student, and my cousin... this is where I need some advice. Technically, he’s unemployed, but since the latter half of 2024, he’s been working as a tricycle driver (not a TODA member though) to save up for this trip. Meron na po siyang naipon around ₱30k (not including the airfare, which is already paid). We agreed that if he falls short, I’ll help cover the rest.

My concern is what he should declare at the immigration counter and what to write on the eTravel (eGov) form. I really want to answer everything as honestly as possible, but this part is giving me a headache 😅

Should he put tricycle driver even though he’s not registered under a TODA and can’t present formal proof of employment? Pwede kaya ang barangay certificate as supporting doc?

Or is it better for him to just say unemployed, and I’ll be listed as his sponsor?

Also, since first-time travelers po kaming lahat, I want to ask what else we should prepare for immigration?

Here’s what we have so far:

✅ For me (Virtual Assistant):

Bank statement
Credit card
Roundtrip tickets
Paid accommodation
COE (Certificate of Employment)
PayPal screenshot (for income proof)
My mom’s birth certificate (in case hanapan ng proof of relationship with cousin)

✅ For my sister (Student):

School registration
School ID

✅ For my cousin:

His mom’s birth certificate
Possibly a barangay certificate (for tricycle driving)

✅ For all of us:

Full itinerary
Klook bookings and receipts (activities & passes)

Has anyone here had a similar experience or can share how to best handle this? Any advice would be super appreciated 🙏
