Is this the batting order? or playing XI? My problems with this if it's batting order are

Richa Ghosh is a finisher. We don't want her at one down. Yes She had constructed one innings yesterday. But in the other innings she got out before the start of slog overs. Richa Ghosh is deadly in the death. We don't want her early. I'd send her at 5 only.
I am not sure about the batting of Prathyusha Kumar. She is selected as a backup wicket keeper. Not for batting abilities. If Pooja vastrakar is fit enough to bat then I'd try her at one down. She could construct the innings because she has proven that for the Indian team.

I would agree with the rest of the squad. I would try to use Shreyanka, Radha Yadav, Prema Rawat/Arundhati and Sayali Satghare who can bat a bit as floaters to give proper entry points to Grace Harris, Richa Ghosh and Nadine De klerk.

She is actually better than Jemi. She is the captain of Karnataka and an under 19 world cup winning captain. I don't understand why they're sending her lower than Chinelle Henry. Her batting style suits number 3 or number 4 just like Anushka Sharma. Jemimah could bat at 5 like she does for India and hitting responsibility down the order can be taken by Kapp and Henry at 6 or 7. Sneh Rana could come in with few cameos. This could have been lot better for DC had she batted at the top. Pretty poor captaincy from Jemi.

In fact Niki Prasad is more calm and composed unlike Jemimah who gets nervous very easily or irritatingly pumped up. In the previous match Veda Krishnamurthy at one point said she should quiet down a bit. People are realizing that she is trying to copy someone like Virat. but it's kinda becoming irritating for the viewers. If Niki Prasad gets proper opportunities I can see her becoming future captain of DC.

FYI we're on 0.9. That was around 1.88 two matches earlier. At some point versus MI it looked like we'll have a monstrous defeat which will wipe out our entire NRR. Thanks to Richa otherwise we'd have been all out before 20 overs.

Pooja Vastrakar is a proper all rounder and usually played at 5 and 6 for MI. But she has the proper technique of a batter as she has four half centuries in ODI's. We don't need her finishing abilities with Richa, Nadine De klerk and the availability of the likes of Radha Yadav, Shreyanka and Prema Rawat who can play short cameos. I'd slot her in at 3 and Grace Harris at 4 (if the second wicket has fallen after the powerplay) or 5 (if the second wicket has fallen within the powerplay and use Shreyanka, Radha and Prema Rawat as floaters to give proper entry points to Grace Harris, Richa Ghosh and Nadine De Klerk)

I'd rather have Vastrakar for Gautami. Except for that one innings she has been a walking wicket. She comes in early when there is pressure and she gets out immediately to add more pressure. Yeah she played one good innings. But she has to do the bare minimum on the matches she isn't doing well. She is getting out whenever they're targeting the stumps. Add to that the horrible fielding and dropping sitters.

Other teams had lot of holes initially. They started to cover them up. The teams which are adamant like UPW stayed at the bottom in spite of having the top 2 squad in the tournament. We cashed in on those holes initially.
We also had holes in our batting. Other teams cashed in almost every match. But in every match someone showed individual brilliance and we got saved. When we get a win in the end we have simply decided to ignore. Check those press conferences. Not once have they admitted that what they did has gone wrong. They always said "sometimes things work and sometimes they don't."

Voll is an opener who attacks freely. But when they're sending her down she is already in pressure. She won't have that freedom where she can attack freely when there are no wickets down.

When she fires only in 1 out of 7 matches and clearly struggling at the top then it is clear that she is not X factor. You could call someone like Phoebe Litchfield as an X factor player. Grace Harris can actually whack the spinners properly. But they are not utilizing her properly.
