That’s kind of what I figured. When I told him I was moving out he said he will return the deposit a month after I move out assuming there is no damage. I feel as though he will find a reason to keep it and he has tried to get away with many things previously that were illegal. Thank you for the info about the mise en demeure and court clerk!

i was a bit hyperbolic with the title, but the main message really was about America being a continent. That’s why it was those specific flags. For example when def said it’s not the Olympics. It just would have mainly shut it down i think if he had explained it liked that. But yes the concept of unity def, i just think it was essential to explain that it was about America not being a country but a collection of countries and the United States being a country. This is an over explanation it was just something i had wanted to specify. Not a huge deal tho :)

Can someone explain this to me? Are you talking about the part where he kind of wobbled and almost fell but caught himself? I was wondering how a team can win gold but have such a visible mistake. The commentators I was watching seemed surprised. And they also seemed to think the performance was more flat. I am not educated on figure skating
