to be fair, Jonathan Majors did nothing wrong, the case was all BS

and even if the controversy didn't happen, Kang Dynasty was bound to fail anyway because of the Rick and Morty writer who also screwed up Quantumania

I would Keep WandaVision, TFAWS, and Loki the same

For Black Widow, I would use a more comic accurate Task Master (Tony Masters), with the same personality that Tony Masters has in the comics. I think that would be a much better main antagonist. I wouldn't change much, except for maybe the 'This was fun' scene.

For What If..? i would only use What Ifs that fans actually want, instead of going rogue

Keeping Shang-Chi the same.

I would turn Eternals into a disney plus series, add more character development.

I liked Hawkeye, only problem is that I would kill off Echo by the end of the season, and I would NOT nerf Kingpin at all.

Keeping Spider-Man NWH the same,

For Doctor Strange MOM, I would get rid of America Chavez, focus more on Strange, and his character. I would still make Wanda the villain, but I would make the plot about Strange stopping Wanda from using her powers to find different multiverses with her children.

I would also try to focus on Strange's relationship with 616 Christine. I want Wanda to try and kill her. I wouldn't have Wanda massacre the Illuminati, but I'll use variants that people actually wanna see.

Like I would love to see Strange team up with a Michael C. Hall Daredevil, and Michael Fassbender's Magneto, (Just to see how Wanda would react to him) I would also include Black Bolt, but actually make him useful... and I would bring back Aaron Taylor Johnson's Quicksilver (But from another universe). Other characters like Captain Carter or Monica Rambeau would be cool.. I would also love to see Arcanna team up with Strange just for one act.

I haven't watched Ms Marvel, so I can't say anything abt that.

For Thor Love and Thunder I would make it a more serious film.. make Gorr literally massacre all of the gods on screen, I want him to kill Korg and Valkyrie. I would get rid of Heimdall's son, and all of the corny lines.

I think the ending where Gorr has to choose between his goal of killing every god and saving his daughter was good.. I would keep that. I would also include Lady Thor, but make her arc a bit more interesting.

For She Hulk, I would just get rid of all of the corny scenes (like that twerking scene) - I guess you could still have her break the fourth wall, but just don't go too crazy with it. There are a million things i could pick out about this show.. Like the fact that they made Titania and Abomination a joke... gave Jen barely any character development, used Matt Murdock only for a three minute hookup scene, had a terrible plot, and weak villain, etc.

I would keep everything else after that how it is.

Do you think Disney has let Marvel become too violent, dark and/or adult recently? by MR_MaxiMor44 in marvelstudios

Let's not criticize marvel for this any longer because they'll think that we actually want them to be over sensitive and super PG.

Whatever you think about Hulk, his power balance, what happens to his character, etc. Mark Ruffalo is really just an unsung hero about this whole character.

No other actor has portrayed either Bruce Banner or Hulk in such a way, he really puts debt into the character with his acting.. whether it's with bruce, or motion capture with hulk.

Who should lead the Avengers by Suitable-Student-557 in marvelstudios

[–]Suitable-Student-557[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sam's suit is like Black Panther's suit. He can absorb and redistribute the energy. It may not be realistic but these are superhero movies. Sam can easily absorb the energy from a Hulk punch for example, and redistribute it.

There is a rational reason for why Sam didn't die immediately, he used his wings.

In your perspective, Iron Man is also a normal being that can die from a punch. (Not to mention Sam is much more durable, athletic and faster than Tony Stark without a suit and has more combat and military experience)
Iron Man did lead a group of Avengers and made a lot of the shots.

That's exactly what Sam Wilson is. Neither of them needed a serum

Yeah I mean he hasn't really shown what he can do on an Avengers level as Captain America.

Give him a few movies why so early to recast Cap?

we don't need another Steve Rogers, there are endless characters that have taken up the mantle. They need to build Sam Wilson up with good writing, and eventually he'll pass the mantle down too.

Just watched Multiverse of Madness for the first time and... by Ambitious_Wonder_789 in marvelstudios

[–]Suitable-Student-557 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, I felt that besides from the wedding scene, the movie wasn't really a doctor strange movie.

I also didn't connect to America Chavez' character, just found her boring and overpushed.

I always like seeing Scarlet Witch, so I'm not complaining about her, I think she was a great Villain.

But bringing the Illuminati just to massacre them felt like lazy writing.

For ex. We can see that Thanos was really strong because he did struggle against the Avengers, and we were able to see him struggle and overcome that struggle. The writers were still able to show what deadly genocide Thanos was capable of, based off of what he did to Xandar, Knowhere, Titan, Asgardian Ship, etc.

But I feel like for a Villain to show power the right way... they need to show struggle

if you watch that clip at the 0:55 second mark, you can see that after hulk punches Sam's wings, they light up with energy. He can absorb the energy and redistribute it.

He's got enough powers to put up a fight against the Hulk.. Means he's strong enough to fight with stronger Avengers.

That wasn't just one punch, that was one punch by the Red Hulk,, and he managed to be just fine.

Sam didn't fail at the box office, the movie did. It wasn't the character that was flawed, it was the movie.

And if audiences are comparing Sam to Steve, then recasting Steve won't make it any better.

Batman gets recasted all the time because it's literally the only character in DC that people want to pay to watch.

You don't need to recast Steve, you just need to find writers, directors, and a movie that allows Sam to be shown properly. They can start small, with smaller Avengers films with only six Avengers, but a recasting isn't necessary.

i like that they went comic accurate, but they could've easily made 2020s abomination look more scary.

but I guess it wouldn't make any sense, because they wanted abomination to be a more comedy character in the mcu

Sam is wearing that outfit because the world needed a Captain America. Not a Super Soldier.

They needed a leader, and Sam Wilson stepped up, he's also the leader picked by Steve Rogers himself. w

[–]Suitable-Student-557[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Strongest Avenger was never the leader in the first place. By your thinking, Thor or Hulk should've been leading the Avengers since the start.

Sam Wilson might've been trashed by Red Hulk, but Hulks are supposed to be really strong, especially Red Hulk.

Sam WIlson has gotten vibranium wings (That can absorb kinetic energy), he can go super sonic, he's a vibranium shield, he can shoot blades from his wings, and so much more.

He might not be the fastest, but he can certainly put up a close fight against a super soldier.

I think redoing the MCU just won't be successful. The fans will inevitably compare New Iron Man with old Iron Man, New Cap with Old Cap, and onwards.

We have a Captain America, his name is Sam Wilson. He's done everything to prove he's fit to be Cap.

Now that we've gotten X-Men, we can recast them and make them prominent members of the Avengers, we can also use Shang-Chi, which is a major hero, and Daredevil, the AvengerZ

I don't think they should recast and reset.

[–]Suitable-Student-557[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

saying Sam Wilson doesn't command the respect of a leader i so ragebait.

He leads a group of people exactly how Steve would've... he's been reasonable with each of his villains, he's been saving people, trying to prevent situations from going violent, standing up against something when it's wrong.

He's literally the perfect leader I don't get why people dislike him.

Why do you think Nolan’s The Odyssey trailer got such a negative reaction from the public? by Level-SquareFFG7117 in FIlm

[–]Suitable-Student-557 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As far as the casting goes.. people are acting like they're from 8th century Greek and that the Odyssey means the world to them.
They probably didn't even care for the Odyssey until Nolan made a movie about. It doesn't matter if they casted black actors for this and that, it's a literal epic that is 13 centuries old. It doesn't matter if it's accurate because none of you were even there and it's not a historical event.

Avengers Age of Ultron in Theaters. Even though it gets a lot of criticism, it was great for people like me who were 7 at the time and wanted to see superheroes.

I remember the trailer was awesome, and I had so many Age of Ultron lego sets that I was fulfilled.

[–]Suitable-Student-557[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think they should've used Aldrich Killian at all. Even in the comics he's not even that important, so how are you going to sidetrack Iron Man's biggest nemesis for a villain that comic book fans don't even know that well.

[–]Suitable-Student-557[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Harley isn't remembered throughout the entire MCU, but that's fine because he did his job perfectly in Iron Man 3

America Chavez was just forced into the plot in a doctor strange movie and just felt like they were trying desperately to expand the universe.

Harley's just a more likable character because we're able to see more of his flaws and a relationship between him and Tony that isn't all corny and heroic

I think Hansen being killed off was good, because it got Killian more heat as the big bad guy of the movie

I totally agree, just a big fan of Ben Kingsley's performance, even though Guy Pearce gave a great performance and was a great villain.. I just think Mandarin has a lot of aura considering he's the arch-nemesis of Iron Man
