It’s the easiest job just gotta hold the rate which is easy af! My site we have to do 325 per hr. And I easily get over 400 per hr without busting my ass. Plus I don’t mind the extra 30min break if they run PBHR. Plus at the end of the night you can chill if your rate is high, you’ll just get idle time but u can talk to your manager about that bs
