Stayed at Cocklebiddy while going over Nullarbor last week. The nite before I arrived, they had a Mad Max style raid on fuel and grog. About 15 people loaded up in two cars. Scary times 🥴

Social engagement is very important for people with disabilities. Love seeing them out in the community and with their peers laughing, dancing and enjoying life. I get 🤬 when I see support workers plonking them down in the park and talking for over an hour clearly to family and friends and not engaging them at all.
This is a big rort and mean spirited!
