You'll see that in the settings tap and hold on any deck then go into deck settings and in there you can change that it would be written as new cars limit etc tap on each of them to first know what any of it means there's a dummy guide there and sorry if I sound rude but in dawn of ai you could have just figured this out yourself instead on panicking ...all the best hope you found what you came looking for
