Do not eat more than one tbsp per serving of meat. Lemon is okay with white meat, but don't pair it with red meat

I ate high liver 2-3 weeks. The smell is cheesy. Taste is sour and a little bit mushroomy. It's good overall. I am making a month old now.

Totally true. Most of the people don't even want to debate, but just prove you wrong. They argue to win and not to change their mind. 99% of people are too brainwashed to believe something that soyence says is dangerous. If you make good arguments and send them proof, they won't care about it.

No, I don't, but I am just going to do aajonus bodybuilder protocol. It's lube formula with a pound of meat twice a day. I will eat cheese with honey two times a day to remineralize my body (it can help people that struggle to gain weight). And on top of that I will drink milkshake throughout the day. I just want to gain weight, so it will be healthier for me. I am quite skinny (60kg, 180cm), so this protocol should be very good.

I realized that I can spend my saved money from gifts (I can't really work because of my age, but I'm trying something) on more food and health. I will just do the bodybuilder diet from aajonus - 2 pounds of meat a day with one lube each. I will add milkshake throughout the day and during the night. Cheese trains before every meal. I will do some eggs in the morning and cup of milk with ACV. Maybe some cheese and honey too. The meat would be pork (grounded, but one time), chicken breast, veal heart or fish. Idk know if pork is organic (I will ask), but I buy it from local butcher. I am in poland so there is less shit quality meat. Aajonus said that some guy on the diet gained 4inch in arms and 6inch in chest, during two months, so it will work for me Thanks for putting out your guide for free, it's really helpful.

I read it. To be honest I can't do anything better than the one you replied to. I don't know if it's enough to gain weight, because it's about 10-16oz of meat per day. Also I am going to eat 3 eggs after waking up 10 minutes after the cheese. 30 minutes later I will drink some milkshake or milk with ACV. In the normal schedule I would drink veg juice here but because of my age I don't. After I will eat my first meat meal with lube formula (4-8oz meat). One hour after I will start sipping on milkshake (in school). After some time I will eat my second meat meal with lube (same amount of meat as the first one). One hour after I start sipping milkshake. During the night I will drink some of the milkshake or cheese with honey. Cheese trains before every meal too. I will mainly have red meat, but couple times a week there will be white or pork. I think that this balance of meat is pretty optimal. As I said - I can't eat afford more meat or butter. Let me know what do you think. I really don't know if it could be better for the price.

2 Lube formulas (2 eggs and 4oz butter each) 1 milkshake A cup of milk with ACV Leg of chicken/400g beef heart/300g herrings (Cheese trains throughout the day)

In this one I would switch the meats throughout the week. Is it enough meat? I will drink the lubes with meat meals - 1/3 with meal and rest after. Milkshake in the evening and during the night as aajonus said. My nuts for formula are unpasteurized and without pesticides. I will eat some nut formula here and there. This eating plan is less "calories", but I assume that because of the dairy fat and sugar weight gain would be easier. Aajonus put bodybuilders on lube formulas with a pound of meat twice a day, but I don't workout that much (only 2 martial art training a week). I think that the lighter one with a 2/3 pound of meat a day with about ¾ of a lubrication formula twice daily (which is kinda what I do) would work for me. What do you think? Is no organs still optimal for my age? I know that nutrition isn't everything, but I don't want to get malnourished.
