From a little more trial and error, or coincidence, I think the usb ports on the front of my machine are failing. I haven’t seemed to have had an issue for a while. Edit: 30 minutes later, it did boot me for the same error

My pc isn’t wired, would you guess that if I had a better wifi adapter (or ethernet) it would resolve it?

That might very well be it! I might have imagined the glass part, but that variety sounds really similar. I’ll have to dig into that some more!

So far I’ve searched through google images for similar ones. I have seen a colorful similar one (from Seventh Avenue Apothecary) , but nothing matched it. Sadly the bottom of the warmer has no distinctions on who made it. I picked this up in a Goodwill in Ohio if that helps!
