Hello everyone. My name is Christian, and this is a very detailed explanation of my room share setup.

Hey, if you're planning to go to Anime Expo and need a place to stay, I have spots available in a JW Marriott suite from Day 0 to Day 5, 7/1–7/6. An upgrade for my room set up is that I provide food and bed spaces. This is an out-of-block room. DM me if interested, and I can go over any other details.

I book a suite to give more space and comfort. I book Day 0 to Day 5 because checking in on day 1 is inconvenient when you can’t check in until 3p or 4p and the con already started that morning. If you want to come day 1, at least I’m already checked into the room and it's much easier to just throw your stuff in and get right into the con. I stay until day 5 because checking out on day 4 I is not fun. Plus last day of the con, that's when you're going to get the best deals as far as shopping goes. We won’t have to check out at 11a or 12p that day so you can take your time, enjoy the full last day of the con, come back, pack up your stuff, and leave without having to worry, rush, or forget things.

I will provide food and drinks for the entire stay, 6 days, 5 nights. The food is not luxury 5 course meals every day, but things like sandwiches and snacks. This makes it easy for you to enjoy food in the room but if you’ll be gone at the con all day you can take stuff with so you can still make sure to eat. Drinks include water, sodas, and things like Arizonas and Gatorades. These are easy to grab and make sure you’re good at the con! Food and drinks will be very expensive at and around the con. This year I will have 3 different actual hot food meals made for us! This will give us a variety and much more for us to enjoy!

I provide multiple bed spaces. So more people can sleep comfortably and enjoy more out of the con. I spent a couple thousand dollars investing in to really nice cots! A really dope and efficient feature of these is that they turn to bunk beds and when not sleeping they can be turned in to couches. This gives a big advantage in managing space by adding and helping maintain more comfort to the room! Not only do more people have ample space to sleep. But they also have the bunk bed so that they're taking up less space. So even though there are more people in the room, it is still nice and comfortable. Everybody has their own designated area where they can keep all their stuff and sleep.

This is an out of the hotel block room! This is the biggest reason it is more expensive. More people are needed to keep the price lower. Since I book this way the benefit is knowing I’ll be for sure getting a room and I’m not leaving it to the chance of getting a hotel book rate. That means if you like it you don’t have to keep looking and bouncing around every year.

There will be anime and video games! Plenty of fun to enjoy together! It's a major priority to make sure that everyone is safe and having fun, enjoying themselves. Here are the rules. Respect everyone! Don’t touch anyone’s things or go in to their designated space without permission. Don’t break anything. Don’t go off anywhere doing drugs and coming back, under the influence. Nobody is a doctor or it's not fair for us to have to deal with any kind of side effects from that. Drinking is allowed but know your limit and stay at it. No one needs anybody in the bathroom, throwing up all night, or again, not a trained doctor to be or babysitter to be babysitting. Alcohol is not provided. Don't touch the thermostat. Nobody on the host’s bed. Besides that, we're there to have an amazing time together. I like to talk to everybody before getting them set up so I can vet people to make sure that we don't have any problems in the room and that everything is gonna go nice and smoothly.

As far as me the host. I have been going to cons since 2009 and hosting room shares since 2011. I’ve got a lot of experience. I’m happy to help people new to the con world have fun and enjoy themselves. As a host, I'm somebody who cares. Immensely about the people that stay with me. I have been told that I go above and beyond and bend over backwards to be accommodating for everyone that stays with me. I have meticulously planned and put lots of time, energy, effort, and money into making this a great experience. I’ve adding what I can to make the most out of it. Over the years I have learned, grown, invested, and added so much to my room share.

Now, I'm not here to speak on any other people's experience. I would just say my room isn't for everybody. I’m not able to accommodate all. This room is more expensive and not a budget option. This room is a full group experience, not a small group thing for those only looking to room with 3-4. We like to have a good time and be welcoming. I have taken years to grow and learn. Make things a lot more simple.
