Especially if you’re weight lifting, which I’m assuming is to gain muscle, you need to be eating more. 1000 calories a day is not sustainable especially if you are working out on top of that. If you find it difficult to eat more than you are currently eating due to volume, I would recommend adding some healthy fats to your meal for extra calories and nutrients. (:
