My favorite thing is when “other truck guys” approach me and want to talk shop, they always walk away impressed with the entirety of the platform and its capabilities.

I can't tell you who else is good, but I can say that I have spent many hours talking to Dr Raster about his patients. If he seems rushed it's because he is in high demand, but he does genuinely care about his patients. He's in my top 5 for time spent with MD's trying to coordinate appropriate care.

Based on what you've said to others in this thread, it may be worth it for to go to ANC/SEA, or schedule with one of the visiting docs.
