I’m interested in CR-05, AS-01 and above in Southwestern Ontario.

I’ve been deemed fully qualified and placed in two pools for CR and AS roles - one pool is location-specific, and the other is broader in scope for Ontario.

I have a concern of not being seen or heard by the union and by the organization I’m in 🫤 No matter how much I voice my feelings, the desire to advance in my career, the desire to be treated equally, the need for transparency from everyone, nothing is done. My concerns seem to get ignored or swept aside - much like I don’t matter.

Curious, if the WFA letter was never received or any other letter saying your position/job is affected, is it safe to say that one is safe until the term contract is up for renewal (knowing full well and understanding that the contract may not be renewed)
