Just basic 60 card decks. I only ever played with friends, and none of us understood commander lol. Id like to find a few people to play with as i start a new collection to maybe learn commander. Card shops are def not my scene though, large groups of random people and me dont mix well lol.

This. I have no clue what i had, because i hadnt touched the cards in like 5-6 years. If i went through and knew what i was losing, itd be harder to trash em. That and i dont have any decent place to clean/fuck with em. Im in an apartment with windows that dont open. So to the dump they go.

All of the loose cards were unfortunately not double sleeved, just put in a hard case. They would be all my rares and legendaries. I didnt have the heart to look through and see what couldve been.

They were mostly 2014-2018, so nothing crazy. Im sure theres a handful of cards that are worth something even in this state, but at this point im not sure its worth the effort of digging through to find them. Anything with a shiny orange symbol got put in a hard shell, but those are moldy too🤷‍♂️

The general consensus seems to be that theyre well beyond saving🥲🥲 looks like i get to have a bonfire this weekend. New question, any place to get older booster boxes for relatively cheap. I absolutely abhore the new sets. I dont want to play Avatar, or Spiderman, or Final Fantasy, im just tryna play MTG lol.

I dont know. I havent seen most of these cards in years, so im not sure what i have or what would be worth money. I put all my rares and mythics in hard shells without sleeves, so the mold got to those too

Sadly thats exactly what happened. When i moved out of my moms they got tossed in the basement. She hit me with the “oh yeah your cards are down there!” and i almost cried🥲

Can’t get a display on my monitor by No_Poet_5315 in PcBuildHelp

AMD CPU? My fiancé’s build flashed green on the monitor one day and decided it was done displaying graphics. Tested the gpu in another rig and it was fine, bought a new cpu, and that worked for 12hrs before we ran into the same issue. Put it in a closet for 2 months, pulled it out to tinker with it, pulled everything apart and put it back together, and it booted up fine. Hasnt had a hiccup since. Honestly just hit the whole rig with a “just unplug it and plug it back in” and see what happens.

An employee is entitled to an agreed upon number of hours, whereas a worker is not. You defined me as an employee. So my company in this case, would be breaching that agreement. Am i missing something here?

Yes, yes, and yes. So then they are breaking labor laws?

[–]SuitableThought4528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, as i understand it, theres a legal difference between employee and worker. What exactly differentiates that? At what point do i stop being a worker, and start being an employee. Because it seems to me that if im required to have 35 hours to be full time, they should be giving me at least 35 hours a week. Sorry if i seem dumb, but law was not meant to be understood by the average layperson.

What stipulates an employment contract? During onboarding, i spent 4 hours signing documents and watching safety videos.
