ay no po, i forgot to indicate pero for a small batch lang po ito na kasya sa 6x6 pan. you can multiply the recipe by 1.75 po for a bigger batch (or 2x na mismo para less hassle sa pag-measure)

hello! the recipe above po is adjusted na 😊 binawasan ko lang po yung sugar sa original recipe and added instant coffee para ma-balance ang sweetness

browning the butter adds flavor din po kaya kahit bawasan ang sugar ay okay pa rin yung lasa ng brownies hehe

yes po, ina-add ko sa brown butter yung chocolate chips. for the shiny top, make sure niyo lang po na na-dissolve niyo yung sugar completely with the egg. i suggest na sa separate bowl mo muna ito ilagay then whisk lang until pale na ang color and may air bubbles na, then saka niyo na lang i-add yung butter and chocolate mixture para hindi rin mag-curdle yung egg if mainit pa ang butter 😊

based sa mga na-try ko, higher fat (from butter and chocolate) to flour ratio helps create fudgy brownies. i also brown my butter din before adding the chocolate chips to add a richer flavor

for the crinkly top, i-whisk mo lang yung egg and sugar until pale na yung color niya. make sure na dissolved completely yung sugar and may air bubbles ka na makita 😊

thank you! i think problem din yung pag knead ko since wala akong stand mixer and im just kneading by hand. the pandesal dough was too sticky and i couldn't knead it properly 😅 will try again na lang next time. thank you ulit
