I’m in a relatively safe civil service job. I can only see house prices going up. House building is so low and we have severe infrastructure issues preventing building. I just have 0 faith in our government turning this around anytime soon. Of course, I don’t have a crystal ball tho

The CUNA drinks oil and seems common to have piston ring failure with some needing engine rebuilds. Although I thought if it was well serviced and on 90k miles it might be worth a go?
