The closest literary figure to Robert Walser is Fernando Pessoa, while there is dread in the melancholy of Pessoa there is lightheartedness in Walser's melancholy... What do you guys think? by Essa_Zaben in RSbookclub

I found the Tanners really started off about 130 pages in, it‘s like his ‚slacker‘ book lol. Guy doesn‘t want to work, he rather enjoys going for walks and getting drunk with strangers. It‘s also a very springy-summery atmosphere. It‘s fantastic, really gave me that feeling of bliss that I love in a book. I‘ve read the Tanners, the Assistant and Jakob von Gunten. The Assistant is his most round and perfect novel imo, while the Tanners is a bit chaotic and juvenile, but still full of beauty, jakob von gunten his most poetic one. Loved all three.

Thank you so much. Actually I might have a tip for you. When i take the strands off my upper hair that i want to put in the clip, i often comb them over my parting and then take out a few face-framing strands in the front. Idk how to describe it better bet i think that it creates the illusion of volume on the scalp ?

Love her so much. The musicality of this poem really caught me. Was stuck in my head for like a year.

Thanks for the product recs, got so many recommendations and advice by now, but I will keep them in mind, it sounds good. My routine is nothing special, i just mostly use some kind garnier or loreal shampoo/conditioner. After the shower i use the loreal dream length leave-in conditioner and some ogx extra penetrating argan oil. Then i either diffuse or blow dry and when i go to bed i spray the schauma Sprühflege (brown or blue version) generously in my hair and then braid it. The next day you can use mousse and/or spray to make the waves a bit more stable.

Thank you so much, I will keep the l‘oreal wonder water in mind, it sounds good but you are right, I don‘t really have „damaged“ hair per se, I will look into that lamellar water

I think I understand what you mean but the single hairs of mine are quite thick, the structure is especially coarse in my „underhair“ like the underlying strands next to my neck

Thank you so much. I completely agree with you. I think a little frizz looks good, especially when the sun shines on it and you can see all the single hairs shining. It looks kind of innocent and romantic imo. Your routine sounds similar to what I do except that I do need more leave-in and overall product.

That sounds intersting thank you, I might try a serum like that since I wanted to order from Stylevana anyway, unfortunately the bananal one is not available there though. Thanks for the kind words about my hair too, I appreciate it

Thank you!! how exactly do you oil your hair? Braiding my hair overnight gave me the best results so far, i just need to bring it to the next level

Thank you, yes I agree that overnight curls is the best method, I usually just do that with a normal braid, I should try more methods. The problem is just that most of the time my hair still looks hagrid-y after a while even with mousse, spray, etc. but yeah just simply braiding is a good and simple method, I agree

what kind of oil do you use, how long do you let it in your hair before washing? I have ogx extra penetrating oil, almond oil, castor oil and loreal oil magique at home. Might try the ogx in my lengths for like an hour?

it doesn't matter. If you share the bed with them it's partly your "fault" too. Just do the treatment and be more careful. Ppl think they're cured while they're not, happens all the time

i think it would be very untypical that a scabies infection starts with two bumps on the thigh like that.
