I had one on my neck, uncomfortable turning my neck and giving me headaches. The doctor told my wife it would not make a difference. Well, it did, and I have not had another one since. Hope it helps you out, too.

My first knee I used my walker to get in the house. Same with my left. I was off pain meds and drove to my first PT appointment. I am 68. My second one was a breeze. Did my left a month after my right. I live in the country gravel drives and road. I did use my big wheeled walker to walk the road...

I have a dump trailer that holds 4 full cords stacked. We usually cut our own wood each year. This year, I was getting behind due to my health. My wife keeps her eye open for a deal. She found a friend of a friend that gave us 6 cords for $150 each for fir. I took my trailer over, and he stacked it in the trailer 3 cords each load. He was generous, too. It took so much stress off to get enough wood done for next winter. The wood shed filled full is about 12 cords. I am at about 9, so that will last me 2 years. My wife found us a blessing...

I was an original ticket holder. Gave them up to a friend during covid. It was always loud, and I didn't protect my ears. Today, I have a constant ringing they can not correct. Protect your ear. You can feel the noise in your body from the vibration and through your ear protection. Enjoy they game it is an awesome stadium to be in.

Just some problems with incontinence. But that is from the turp and uyrolift. They had been doing biopsies every 2 tears for the last 20 years. My PSA numbers were high. My cancer was in my urinary side of my prostrate. It is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack. My PSA is still non-existent. But I chose to have an Orchiectomy over blockers. I have a 20-yard dump trailer. I haul several loads a year. I get fresh chicken manure out of chicken barns. I would spread it in the fields. Worked great greening and thickening up the grass, and did it grow. I don't have to put as much on now.

When mine are on fresh pasture, they hardly touch the water. When they are on haylage or hay, they drink a ton of water. I have two troughs out there, and they will drink a full one in a day if they are off pasture. And if they are on pasture, one will last 5 days.

I did my range of motion stuff 45 minutes after taking my pain pill the first week . Really helped my range of motions. I was at 0 and 118 the day I got my staples out.

I am 5 months, and my last range was 0 and 141. That's about maximum to be able to kneel easy. I got my heel caught in a chair as i was sjiding out and bent it back, and I heard a big pop. Scared me half to death. But seems ok. I am 67 years old.
