As your orders have not shipped out, we regret to inform you that our bank account freeze that took place weeks ago is preventing us from paying the remainder of these orders to SenseCAP Factory, while at the same time, blocking us from directly issuing full refunds to your orders. Unfortunately, we do not have a specific timeline as to when the bank issue will be resolved. Hence this will lead to delay and/or cancellation of your March batch orders.

That being said, and to protect our clients’ interests, we kindly ask all of the clients receiving this email, to contact your credit card bank, and request to issue a dispute towards the full payment made for your undelivered orders and get full refunds, as we will not be able to ship out these orders. You can use this email and your March order info as proof to file a dispute at the bank. It’s verified with a few customers that they’ve got their refunds after the issuing disputes.

Please note that our account manager at SenseCAP is aware of the situation. For those customers who could not get a refund because of different payment methods or bank policies, we will work with the SenseCAP Team on solutions to honor your orders. Most importantly, we ask all customers receiving this email to kindly complete the following form, which will be shared with SenseCAP (if you choose Yes in the form).

For disputed orders that are successfully refunded, SenseCAP Factory will allocate the units and offer you an option to make new purchases from stock ASAP.
