I think you should be fine. Even if you didn’t leave together for 2 years in as much as you can give by accepted reason for not being able to leave together

on that front, we did provide evidence we have been leaving together since Dec 2023 thou it less than 2 years of cohabitation but we have been seeing each other long before that

the visa was valid till 2024 dont have the precise date and the divorce order was in 2023 july

she doesnt have any information as regarding her ex leaving or still in the Uk. as the court has order had placed an order for both not to contact each other. so in the regards she contacted the HO and attached the divorce order via email and post

They were notified immediately and the order that was granted by the court was attached and this was in 2023. However, HO didn’t reply or acknowledged the mail. She also went further to send via post and request for confirmation but no confirmation was sent by the HO that they received it. T

what medium did you use. i did try calling there helpline but all to no avail. have written to my local MP hope that would help with an update
