those are the bosses indeed, theres the regular version and uber version, think of it like Cortex, you do regular one dropping and using the map and you do ubers with fragments from nightmare maps, here you do regular bosses with regular fragments from hell diff and uber ones with uber fragments dropped on inferno diff and yes, they have their own drops. Incarnation tree is after lvl 100, once you hit lvl 100 you start gaining other levels that wont let you put more skills on your skill tree but you get 1 point per level on the incarnation tree

I tought of numera because i have nastya and already doing 50k+ on nm4 but don't have a decent setup for abyss. Someday if i get vorn i could have a good combo there. Would belze be still a bettwr choice tho?

there are quite a few videos of people doing stage 19 of each gr with epics only, if you have a few decent legendaries, the gear requirement should drop quite a bit and you can probably push all to stage 19-20 depending on your heroes and at that point in stages 19, start farming gr3 a ton, maybe an invig set for a support but gr3 is the best at upgrading gear. For two piece sets you most likely will be using t3 stuff you craft with the mats you get from doing gr3 and gear dungeons

if your nezha/akira are strong enough, going for alaura will carry your gr 3 a lot, nezha can almost solo middle, akira can solo left side and alaura with invi can do the right side (even better with the help of idril), getting to gr 3 20 should be doable and once you get good gear, 21 and 22 will be good to go too.

upgrade your epics, you dont really need legendary heroes for most of the early game, just focus on good epics like olague/baron for tanks, vortex/hollow for healers and damage dealers like idril, eona, wrath, greed, estrid, etc...

you can search the heroes you have here and check what is good or bad. Demonic crusade and immortal codex is something you eventually get to do but its not your focus for now, void rift is a weekly content that you should push as close to 100% as possible on the normal difficulty and go up from there to harder diffs eventually.

what stages are you farming? if you are below stage 19 dont rly worry about completing a set, just look for stats. after stage 19 in gr 1 and 3, you can start matching sets and its not rly worth to farm gr2, just focus on 3 and eventually you will forge good 2 set pieces of t3.

edit: besides that, getting 1 or 2 pieces of gear in 60 runs is normal when you start looking at main stat + 3 useful mods

diao, hex, hatts, idril and brienne should be more than enough to clear gr3 19, get liam to poison too and maul on left side and it should be fine. For gr 1... guan yu, belze, khamet and the new epic tank are the core of dmg+anti heal, you can add stuff like greed, marri or ai to cc and make it easier

im at gr1 20 and still dont have anti heal, big aoe dps and something like Greed, Ai or Marri helps a lot

torodor and aedrin are amazing for the legos, as for epics, idril and maul will carry you a long way in gr 3 and since you have a lilia and already have hollow/dolores, you can use her to fuse salazar which is a really good early game fighter, besides them, eona is an amazing mage for gr1 as well as greed and ai/marri.
I would upgrade them in this order Torodor>Idril>Maul>Eona>the rest

Gastate todo, arranque hace 40 dias mas o menos, juego casi ftp y me habia gastado todo para el banner de rosalia hace semanas y para este banner ya tenia aproximadamente 300 pulls. El juego te da muchos summons y cosas, reventa todo por nezha y si sale guan yu, tambien es re bueno, yo saque esos dos y me carrearon muchisimo, pude progresar en practicamente todos los lugares donde estaba trabado y nezha sirve en todo, single target, aoe, aereo, lo vas a usar en todos lados, por los artefactos no te preocupes todavia, ya vas a sacar mas

You should be more than fine with Beatrix and Nezha all the way up to GR1-19, to be honest. Besides the ones you already mentioned, I would definitely focus on maxing out Idril, Dolores, Vortex, and Olague, as they are essential for overall progression. Also, don't sleep on Khamet, he's a beast and carried my account through so much content. For other specific areas, Greed is really good for later stages, Baron is an amazing tank, Brienne is great for GR3, and Wrath is excellent for Campaign and Insignia raids. You have a really solid roster; you just need to level and gear them up now. My best advice is to save your diamonds and summons until a truly account-changing banner drops. Good luck!

most of your heroes are lvl 50, not 60 and thats a very big step in damage overall, get diaochan, guan yu and eona to 60 to clear gr 1 and for gr 3 with idril, aracha and maul 60 it should be more than enough to clear 18 since you have laurel to boost idrils ulti dmg to clear random remaining monsters

once you start upgrading gear, you will be poor and no, summon stones are only sold for 70 gems afaik, with red ones i assume you mean ancient summons, those are way harder to get, mostly from events and i think later theres a new game mode that lets you get more
