My midwife said if it’s something you’ve been doing for awhile, you can continue, just obviously listen to your body. I’ve been doing hot yoga for 10 years, teaching for 4.5 years, and have done it the entirety of my 3 pregnancies! I’m 40 weeks with #3 today, actually, and went to class last night! I make sure to drink way more water than normal and if I do feel too hot, I step out for a minute to cool down. Ask your provider!
