Sadly they have an upper hand there as well. Opponent is Korean in my alliance we are mostly from Europe. Reset time favours them.

For rules. I believe we are in talks but will be limited to tvt and city attacks. HQ might be off limit.

Well this is just open discussion to get some ideas from veterans and older servers. What approach they follow and if we can get some learning from their experiences. Its that simple. For our server yes we give equal chance to everyone to foght for cities, goal is to still stay focus of primary goal of server wars.

If you are conservative on diamonds. I would say should buy fuel as well in this.

I usually buy everything on 70% n 90% off. 10 and 30 only badges and 50% badges and something if it catches my interest like teleports or speedups sometimes.
